B&B i Capri

"Our stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The gentleman who greeted us was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He welcomed us with snacks and fresh juice, which was such a thoughtful touch after traveling. The service throughout our stay was exceptional—everyone made us feel at home and was always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and exceeded all of our expectations. "I booked this property and then I accidently booked this property when I meant to book Florence. As soon as I realized my mistake I reached out in advance to the property and asked for a courtesy cancellation and refund. The response I got was "management would not consider any refund." "Staying at alle Stelle b&b was a real treat - the staff is extrememy sweet and accommodating and you have everything you need in terms of facilities. My only minor aber dabei is that the room I stayed in, which I assume represents all the rooms at the b&b, felt a bit like staying in a very cozy bunker. There were no reel windows in the room, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic to stay in. But again, everything else was tip top."

"Fantastic view, especially at night with sun going down"
