All located on the ground floor:
Double bedroom and bathroom for disabled with bidet incorporated in the toilet including shower.
Living room with TV and kitchenette.
The private access has a delightful private porch for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners and a relaxation corner.
From the windows you can enjoy the view of the park of the house.
The apartment is characterized by the presence of two works of art created by an artist friend: Andrea Nanni, a very talented revolutionary artist who takes care of recovering unused material with which to produce new objects or furniture in an artistic and original way.
The most important piece is titled "First levitation": a suspended top made at our request with the remains of the marble of our ancient kitchen. You can have meals or study and reading activities.
In the bedroom there is instead the second work called "the hour of the obelisk". It is about
a special coat hanger made with teapots of yesteryear.
It is possible to hang sweaters, scarves, hats, dressing gowns ... keep calm, it does not fall :)
Finally, for those who prefer to read on TV, they will find a large library to browse the themes
more different.
