"The sliding glass door did not lock. We had no way to secure the unit when we left. While we where at the unit we had an awful gas smell. Horrible headache and nausea accompanied this smell. When reported we were told there was nothing they could do about the gas smell. That day they started digging up septic and well area. We checked out that morning! "I've stayed at many condos and, by far, this is the best appointed one yet! It has every kitchen gadget and appliance you would ever want. The condo is very clean and well layed out. The property manager, Caye Mgt. is extremely responsive and things are taken care of very promptly. I had a couple of issues, not at all related to negligence, just typical things that need maintenance due to the tropical climate. They were immediately handled. "

The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed. It is located on the 3rd floor, we didn’t mind this! Bring bug spray, the mosquitoes are no joke! Overall, cannot complain. "The condo and grounds were great. The condo was large and had everything we needed. Large patio and beautiful view of the ocean. Lori and Sam were very helpful. Pool was a great place to hang out. Great location, out of the busyness of San Pedro, yet plenty of restaurants near by. The only thing that would have made the stay better for us is if the beds were softer. They are very firm due to no box spring and plywood underneath the mattress. "

"Hello, the only issue we have is that the outlet in the living room behind the couch is messed up and burnt out our phone charger. This happened 10 mins after we had just arrived on Friday 06Sep3024. Please have that fixed. Above States are dates to stay where the 5th through the 12th but it was actually the 6th through the 13th. "

"We (family of 4) stayed 4 nights at Bay Towers. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views. It was nice having a kitchen to use. The pool and dock were lovely! The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but the staff were prompt to have it repaired. The beds were comfortable! One thing to note: laundry is not included in the accommodation costs, nor is it available every day. We wish we would have known this ahead of time. But overall, Bay Towers was a great spot to stay! Thank you. "
