"From check in to check out, everything was great. The staff (with the exception of a guy who took us to collect our luggage from a storage area) was top notch and welcoming. We really enjoyed the lively vibe and genuine hospitality. We had a couple small issues (toilet was clogged when we arrived and had trouble getting fresh towels) but wasn’t enough to lower our overall satisfaction. You can’t travel without any bumps. Location, accommodations, and service we are awesome. "

"We had a reservation for the small rooms. At first they tried to ask us to upgrade for an extra 25USD / night (which would have been cheaper to order directly at hotels.com). We decided not to and received a free upgrade as they had no available small rooms. However, when we entered the room, there was a leak in the aircondition which had been there for hours.
