"This is such a lovely little place very cosy & the owners paul & claire are so lovely & helpful, the room was tastfully done & very clean & the bed was comfy, the full english breakfast was superb & you get plenty, we will definatly stay again."

"For the money paid I think it was a great deal - Room was fine and breakfast great.
The location was also great - short walk down to the main pier. Nice staff in the morning.
So many great things to say.
However, there was a strong smell of smoke everywhere - and it seemed like going into the the room I was staying in from downstairs. It seemed like there was smoking indoors from private area but of course that smoke went everywhere and there was a quite horrible smell of stale smoke. I have...
