"The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...
"Washer available but no dryer. There is no ensuite bathroom, so only suitable for couple. But a very large lounge with a large outdoor on the 3rd floor for this penthouse apartment. Modern open kitchen with all facilities you need for in house dining. We enjoyed the stay and felt very comfortable for two of us."
"We hadn't stayed at The Galaxy for a couple of years. The room had been renovated and is so clean and comfortable. The fact that it is connected to the club is a plus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
"On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay)
we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...
