"The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...
"Where to begin.
The room (20) was spacious in the corner with two large windows.
The en-suite was clean with plenty of beach space. The bed was comfortable. RSL next door had good food but oh so loud.
That’s where it ends.
If you want white towels and sheets don’t stay here. Especially the sheets. Mid grey in colour and not ironed. Towels were on the older side and light grey.
The black mould on the curtains and blinds was terrible."
