It truly embodies a lovely Costa Rican vibe , with its vibrant mango-colored building and mango trees. "Alt for ubehøvlet personale. Elendig parkeringsforhold, hvor man bliver stoppet gang på gang. Får det ringeste værelse med lugt af mug. Klager og førs dagen efter få vi et andet værelse. Elendig service ved poolen. Bartenderen er direkte ubehøvlet og ekstrem arrogant. Drinksene smager af klorvand og koster alligevel 6-7 USD! Slet ikke den 5 stjernen oplevelse som de gøre sig selv til!"

"Fantastic customer service started before we even checked in. The front desk woman helped place an order at the restaurant to be ready when we got there because we were arriving later than expected with sleepy kids. We were welcomed with yummy welcome drink which the kids loved and then shown to our room. Our dinner was brought right up which was so nice! "First, this is a fantastic hotel. You have to know that it is on a large slope. They have golf carts to carry you up the hill if you need it, but you have to consider it if you have limited mobility. There is a wonderfull (public) beach you can walk to via a beautiful tropical forest manicured trail from the hotel. Wildlife is all around. We saw macaws, sloths, monkeys and tucans around and at the hotel. The restaurant is fine but a little expensive. If you have a car there are nice...
