"Nice place to hang hat for a few nights in San Diego, easy access to downtown and other areas. Close to freeways. No AC in unit very stuffy even with fans. We were there on a hot and humid weekend though. Owner very responsive."

"A nice large studio, we were able to walk to the park and little italy with no trouble. And the planes overhead didnt seem as bad as most people have said, it was pretty cool watching them fly over."

"We do a lot of walking when we travel. This location was a little difficult to navigate to Old Town due to the highways, but after the first day it got easier. It a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciated. Inside was clean. The sleeping accommodations were nice. I did like the locking mechanism for the door."

"We were supposed to come in right when the very first hurricane hit San Diego! The owner was communicative and let us know the status of the area so we knew we weren’t flying into a flooded disaster. We had one small issue with a missing tv remote and the handyman showed up with a replacement remote within the hour! The outside backyard area was a bit dirty but there was a tropical storm that had blown through the day before so I’ll give this piece a pass but this was not a useable space for us....

"I stayed for almost 2 months at this location and it was great. It came with everything I needed and was well stocked. The unit was super clean upon arrival, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Centrally located and in walking distance to the Hillcrest nightlife. The host is very responsive and helpful. The only downside was that construction began behind the unit a week into my stay. It did not cause me too much discomfort and I still highly recommend this spot."
