"This is my second time staying in the village. Both times something went wrong. This time the heat did not work when we arrived and had to have someone come fix it, except they did not fix it or put us up in another unit. He showed me how to manually make the heat come off and on and I had to get us three times my first night on vacation to do this. Not cool. Than the next day I called twice to get it addressed. It eventually was but making sure the heat works should be on the che k list. "

"We were a bit disappointed with this property. The pictures are a bit misleading as it felt dark and stuffy, which we didn’t expect. There was a strong cigarette odor that was hard to adjust to and the room kept dropping down to very cold temperatures (50s) even after we adjusted the thermostat. This was stressful since we have a 15 month old and were worried about her being too cold all night. "Hi, Firstly, the quick responses and communication with the owner was fabulous and very thorough. Thank you Sarah! The house was lovely, modern, clean and a great location. Just a warning when it is cold and icy out, the walking trail to the slopes is very icy, but we put our skiis on and that worked better than attempting to walk to the slopes. Overall great stay, would stay here again."
