"Hyatt Place WDM is nice and clean, and the staff and service were very good. Our room was quiet and had a comfortable king bed, sofa, and a large TV, all worked well. Kids loved the pool. While I didn't use the exercise room, it looked like it was decently equipped. The only disappointment was breakfast, which was very mid - selection was pretty minimal, and quality was meh. Well below Hampton level if you want to compare. "

They said they couldn’t do anything till the next day and they were gonna call us to get us a new room, but they never did. Nothing was comped off of the room either. Other than that, the hotel is great very convenient and we will stay there again. It was just disappointing that we froze all night long."
