This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Southern charm in Spring Street!
This was a cute, cozy, affordable place to stay in Charleston. It was clean and had everything we needed. It’s about a 20 minute walk to King Street. The property manager was responsive, very helpful, and kind.

Delightful
I can’t say enough about how pleasant my stay at this beautiful wildcat immaculately clean Home was it was centrally located. It was on a quiet street. We specifically did not want to be on King Street, but it was with walking distance of everything we needed. We enjoyed the Mexican outdoor patio down the street and the little grocery store. I would definitely recommend this as a fabulous location if you are visiting Charleston.

26th Girls Trip
We are 77 year old school friends. This is our 26th trip together. We loved visiting beautiful Charleston with all of its history and charm. We loved our condo. It was charmingly decorated with a little European flare. Everything was wonderfully updated with a modern kitchen and two baths. We were very comfortable. I do have to say the steps up to the second floor were a little daunting. But if we three 77 year olds could get our luggage up then I would think most people could. The location was great, certainly walkable to the center of things. There was plenty of parking. I would highly recommend this rental.

RENT WITH CAUTION!!
Girls trip to Charleston!! Received a call at 4:15pm from YOURPAD telling me they we are unable to check in TODAY due to the previous guests smoking in the unit! We were given 2 options: Find a new place to stay OR move to an “UPGRADED” unit (same owner) free of charge. We chose the upgrade- BIG MISTAKE!! It was a 2 Bed, 1 bath. The 2nd bedroom was unusable, located at the top of a spiral staircase and 86 degrees! Due to the situation, our guest had to re-locate to a local friend’s house for the evening. The unit was dark, dingy and had broken down cars and construction vehicles surrounding it. Definitely not comparable to the original by any means! We had to quickly re-route our luggage delivery, cancel dinner reservations and order an Uber for our friend, since we were short a bedroom and bathroom! What a disaster! We received a message the next morning that our original unit was smoke-free and able to use! We re-packed and waited to be assisted in moving our belongings AGAIN! I messaged yourpad over and over requesting a refund for our first day. They always respond, “waiting to hear back from the owner”. We have yet to receive compensation for the 1st day! Not surprised!! How can you make a guest pay for a rental, make them deal with complete chaos and offer an upgrade when in reality it doesn’t even compare to the original accommodations? I’m very disappointed in the situation and 100% would NEVER rent from the company again!

This place was exactly what we needed! Clean, felt like a hotel, but also had really cute decor and charm to it. The host was incredibly responsive, especially since our flight was delayed late coming in. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Charleston!!

Clean and well-appointed
We had everything we needed. It was a steep stairway, but do-able. When we walked in, everything was clean and fresh. The sofa sat low, and we slid toward the middle when relaxing on it. The floors were a little wonky, but added to the charm. All-in-all, we would stay there again. Thank you for a great place to land!

We will choose to stay at one of these properties every time we go to visit our daughter in Charleston. It was clean, roomy, and in a great location. Walkable to anywhere downtown with great parking. Much better than staying in a hotel

Such an adorable place
My husband and 3 babies stayed here for a couple nights. First of all what an adorable place. My boys 4 and 2 loved the second bedroom. The two twin beds were perfect, but there is room for pack n play between the beds if needed. The master was big enough for a pack n play for baby. Both bedrooms have two full bathrooms which made showering after the beach so easy. This place had everything we needed for our stay. Please note this is an upstairs location.

Perfect for a short stay in Charleston!
Needed a hotel room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Made last minute decision to find a home with more space and privacy. Everything about the home was great. Even had access to washer and dryer. Coffee shops within walking distance and a 5 minute drive or 10-15 min walk to everything around the college and downtown. Communication with the company was very timely and after checkout, they even had a storage area for our luggage, until we were ready to grab them for our evening flight out. Next time we swing through, will definitely book through them again!

Great area close to everything
This place is super cozy but close to everything! We walked to many coffe shops and drove around downtown which was about 10 minutes drive (my mom can’t walk far). Very responsive Host and beds were comfy!

What an Excellent stay!
This was a great VRBO for me and my 2 adult sons. It was close to all that we needed, SUPER clean, VERY comfy beds, and just an overall charming spot. Communication was quick and easy. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Next time I visit this is where I will be staying for sure!

Perfect Accommodation!
Stayed at this property for a girl’s weekend. Adorable place, spotless, and location, location, location! Great coffee shop across the street for your morning joe. David was a phenomenal communicator, always got back to me within minutes. Will definitely return. Fabulous stay!
