Chelsea – Hilton Hotels i Chelsea, New York

"Had a very pleasant stay at Motto. Bed was comfortable and the room functional despite the tiny size. You must know each other quite well as both toilet and shower in inside an ‘IKEA closet’ worked fine for us - myself and my 11 yo son. The cleaning was spotless but I wonder why towels are changed every day even when they are thoroughly hung up by us. Also it doesn’t make any sense that you book a double room pay 10$ fee every day and only get citi-bike vouchers pr. night and not pr. person....

"We only had to stay here for one night. The hotel itself is not bad but the hot water was not working in our room shower and when we called to get it fixed no one ever showed up. We got tired of waiting as we had to check out. We told them at the front and whoever they sent lied and said it was done. They did take off service fee charge for the inconvenience."

"Unfortunately we were not very happy with our stay at the Millennium Hilton One UN Plaza. The room was not very clean, it was dusty and windows had marks from heads and fingers from former guest, whish was not very nice. We stayed in one of the small room with a queen size bed, so we only had a small window and the room felt very small and uncomfortable. Also, rooms are old, AC is dusty so the air did not feel fresh, some of the lightning was not working, Minibar was not working. In general not...

"I was lucky to get a corner room for my more than 14 days stay. The view from the room was fantastic - I could spend massive amounts of time just overlooking 57th and 6th. The location itself is of course prime real estate in NY with everything touristy around the corner and pretty direct subway access to almost every line except maybe the Lexington lines and some east-west Brooklyn lines (like the 7)."

"Terrible hotel No service at reception, you'll only be given an room card that's it not a welcome nor any information. Rooms are dirty and smelly. We were given an other room but just as smelly and dirty but at least less hot. But then just very noisy, from elevator or other techinal installation. Very bad morning breakfast, expensive and no service. You have to pay for the parking which is quite expensive especially since they have a massive parking lot and you ain't able to park anywhere...
