For a 100YO house, I was amazed at how clean it was, probably one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. Perfect for a big group - we had 11, a mix of couples and singles and everyone had their own bedroom. Front porch was perfect for the evenings, back patio was perfect for morning coffee. We made a couple Target runs during our stay, which is only a couple blocks away.
Definitely walkable to Wrigley, about 20-25 minutes. Sheridan has some nice and not-as-nice areas along the way but we felt safe as a group. The walk to the closest lake area - Montrose Beach - is about 25 minutes too (the description says something about 3 blocks, but that's not true). We ubered to Mich Ave/Millenium Park, easy pickup spot on the street.
The back parking spots were great, you just had to maneuver who was leaving when. It's ideal to have a buddy when you're the first person there or last one out since you need to go around to the front of the house for the key.
Host was super responsive and sent us donuts one morning just because there was a shortage of wine glasses (and I had specifically asked about that). Not necessary at all (seriously, we can drink wine out of plastic cups) but very much appreciated!
The kitchen got pretty hot because there wasn't a shade on the big window (that's one little suggestion I'd make) but it was functional, had a lovely sink, big fridge, nice big cutting board...and we all appreciated the nespresso and coffee maker!
