"Pearl was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to pick ups and information. Houseboat was warm and clean when we arrived. Only issue we had was the heater was not working properly (which Pearl warned us about) but it was quite a dangerous situation as flames we coming out from behind the heater and making the heater black. We were worried about it starting a fire so we pointed it out to Pearl. Would also be really nice to have a covered place to sit outside like a canopy. Due to rain we...
