The Agents at Port Aransas Escapes were very nice and helpful. The home location next to the beach is great. The home was mostly very clean except for a very dirty mirror in the dining room, some dirty pots and pans in the kitchen cabinets, and a dirty table in the outside porch. The home is spacious with five private bedrooms. The sixth bedroom is open beds included in the game room on the lower floor. The pool is a good size for a large family. The home has some issues that should be addressed to make the stay a perfect 10. There was much trash outside around the home and pool areas from previous guests. we did clean some of this up for our sake. We discovered the pool had hair clumps and two used Band-Aids during our first swim. The debris net for the pool was broken. The pool light for evening swimming did not work. The fence around the pool has remnants of solar lamps that have sharp edges. There are loose tiles around the pool edge. In the house the safety door to the stairs going to the lower floor is broken. In the game room the pool table is in the worst condition, the ping pong table paddles were barely holding together, the foosball table needs fixing of the ball return system. Last issue is: No provided outside grill. A grill left from a previous renter worked out well for us. Mosquitos are very out in evenings. For the price, there should be more focus of these mentioned details. I would stay here again in mid-summer and I would recommend this home to others.

The house by it self is amazing They could do better on the cleaning,for our luck the bed sheets weren't changed luckily we bought are own and it had a really bad smell when we 1st walked in we had to keep the doors open

Large Groups Book Here!
We had a wonderful time at this beach house! What We Loved: The beach was steps away, making it feel like a private paradise thanks to the direct boardwalk access. The wrap-around porch was our favorite spot. It had ample seating and a table for morning coffee with an ocean view. The open-concept kitchen and living spaces were perfect for our large group, allowing us to cook and play games together comfortably. The teenagers enjoyed playing table tennis and shooting pool downstairs, keeping them entertained for hours! The private pool was fantastic! It was large enough for all of us with plenty of lounge chairs. We had more than enough parking for all of our vehicles. Each family had their own bathroom, giving us plenty of privacy. Areas for Improvement: The two bedrooms on the left side of the house would be better suited with king-sized beds. On our second day, the pool started draining rapidly. It took several calls to property management, thankfully with the issue finally being resolved within hours. Issues with the boardwalk mentioned in previous reviews (7/7/23) remain to date. We recommend adding more rough rubber anti-slip coverings to the Trex planks, as multiple members of our party slipped. The house could benefit from ramps at the bottom of the walkway and from ground level to the second level. Pest Control: Large cockroaches made their evening appearance. Overall, we loved the beach house and we look forward to booking again! Awesome place for large groups!

The view and walk to the beach can’t be beat!
The porch makes a perfect beachhouse! Plenty of chairs inside and out for everyone. It was so easy to walk to the beach. The pool was refreshing after a long day at the beach. We cooked a lot with the oven/stovetop and every time the smoke alarm went off with no smoke in the kitchen. The downstairs bathroom could have been cleaner upon arrival. Definitely bring your own grill. Kitchen has plenty of plates/bowls/silverware etc for a big group. Great, spacious house for a large family or group! Easy access to Port A or CC. Would rent again!

Great Location
The house seemed to have some wear and tear, there were parts of the house that were falling apart but nothing too inconvenient. We loved the location, the pool was a perfect size for littles and teens. The house is super spacious for more than one family to vacation. Overall, we had a great time here and loved being so close to the beach!

Great secluded beach house
House is large and beautiful, right on the beach. Great get away with easy access to shops / town. Manger was great at communicating. Bring your own beach towels and enjoy the secluded beach! The downstairs area was great for kids (and adults)!

Family Fun
Great getaway with family. We were 6 adults and 2 young kids. The house was spacious, clean and right on the beach. The pool was a nice extra! Beware if you need to use the Internet. Very poor reception. The Rental team was quick in bringing a WiFi Hot Spot and all was good. We highly recommend the Executive Beach Paradise and look forward to renting this house again.

The house is absolutely beautiful and location perfect. The mosquitos were horrendous! We couldn’t sit on porch and I was covered just unloading car when we arrived. They were also inside in spite of keeping doors and windows closed. Manager sent over guy after first night to fumigate house so we had to leave for hour but it was great beach time! The home is more beautiful in person than pictures can convey. The spiral staircase to downstairs is more suitable for kids so we took outside stairs instead. I will say there should be the same number of dishes and silverware and seats for dinner as what the house can sleep. We had a group of 20 with like 16 plates, not near enough spoons, and we had to drink our morning coffee in shifts because there were only 7 mugs. There are, on the other hand, plenty of pots and cookware dishes to prepare meals. There are fridges upstairs and downstairs which is super nice. There is a LOT of space to cook- everyone impressed with property and size of kitchen especially. The air conditioning worked great. Check in/out was very smooth process. The pool is awesome. If there had been better treatment of bugs (which with recent rain were increased significantly I am sure) we would go back in a heartbeat. Just bring your Off or Cutter and you should be good!

Fantastic Location!
You cannot beat this house as far as location. It is excellent and offers almost private beach front experience. We LOVED that aspect. Other people have mentioned about the boardwalk being slick, they have placed non-slip strips so no worries there. The house is clean and decorated as it appears on the website. Because you are paying top dollar for this property there are a few things I want to point out that I hope the owners consider. Mattress on the bunk beds, they need to be upgraded. Probably fine for ages 10 and under but to a teen or adult, the couch feels better. In the guest bathroom there is no where for one to place toiletries while showering except the floor which is unpleasant. A small shelf should be added. Also need a luggage stand or somewhere to put your suitcase other than the floor in guest bedrooms. Due to bugs or other natural beach elements the floor is not a good option. Refrigerator and washer/dryer are much too small. If you do have 16-22 people staying as the property advertises, no way does that refrigerator come close to being able to hold necessities. Bring a few very good coolers. The washer and dryer are TINY. If you are staying a week and need to keep up with clean towels, it is a struggle. At a minimum should have a full size washer and dryer. During our stay we had two issues. The management company was very responsive and fixed the clogged drain immediately. I guess the trash company that empties the dumpster was not showing up. That I understand. What was troubling was that it took me three calls before I spoke to a person who offered a solution. The other two told me to continue to leave the beach and check and call them back. Not something I wanted to do on vacation. The kitchen is indeed fully stocked. A bit disappointing was that I am guessing over the passed rentals, the measuring cup and wine opener disappeared. A 1 -2 cup pyrex would have been helpful as we had to guess as we attempted to cook for the group. There is a beautiful wine rack in the kitchen but NO cork screw so make sure to bring one and some sharp knives from home as some one else has mentioned. Also, they have the seating around the bar which is not as practical as one would think. We had brought a folding table which worked for meal time and card games/chess. There appears to be space for another table or a larger kitchen table. I believe this addition would also be helpful for large groups.
