"Family suite had been recently redone and looked brand new. The mattresses were new and very comfortable. "

"We had a disappointing stay at the Elba Costa Ballena. Apparently the spa hasn't been working for a year (which it says on hotels.com with very small letters), the big pool was already closed (no where were there any information about this) and because of the renovation of the spa the fitness center was covered in dust. On the positive side the rooms are nice and spacious, the staff helpful and the breakfast good."

"Excellent resort to take the children. The obvious attraction being the aqua park the hotel provides which is big enough and fun. Also the proximity to the beach from the hotel was a bonus. An enjoyable experience all round. Food was great too and of a high standard. "

"Fantastisk venligt personale. Det gør sig gældende på alle de store hoteller jeg har været på i Spanien, at akustikken er dårlig, der er megen larm i spiseområdet. Her var der ellers gjort fine tiltag, så som filtdutter under stolene."

"El apartamento está muy bien situado, con servicios muy cercanos. En menaje el mejor de todos en los que hemos estado que han sido unidos cuantos, toallas, sabanas.... de sobra. La chica que lleva el tema de las llaves muy amable y servicial. El apartamento muy limpio. La terraza bastante amplia y en la parte de arriba tiene un solarium enorme enormearnbasgrandeligrave"

"Check in was easy with great communication. The grounds and facilities with padel & tennis courts were fully functioning and pool was crystal clear and fresh. The apartment has a great kitchen and utility. The only slight let down was the patio furniture was tired, the main bed was a queen double only & that the AC seemed to pump hot air (although we didn't persist to try to get this working). "A la casa de Lourdes no le falta ningún detalle para pasar unos días de ocio y descanso, tanto ella como Espe nos han atendido en todo momento, ayudándonos a conocer la zona y resolviendo cualquier duda. La ubicación es inmejorable, las playas y toda la urbanización nos ha encantado por su belleza y por las mil posibilidades que ofrece para pasear ir en bici o hacer deporte.
