Tucked away in the exclusive community of Ritz Point, this well-appointed condo sleeps six and features resort amenities and the security of a 24/7 guarded gate and patrol.

Make yourself at home in the family-friendly gathering areas with ample comfortable seating, and unique touches that you’re sure to remember. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen has everything you need to prepare all your meals and includes a one-of-a-kind surfboard café table – the perfect place to start your day before catching some waves!

The large wraparound patio with outdoor living area is optimal for winding down after a long day with a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail. On cooler evenings, the large living room with flat screen television and fireplace is the proper spot to snuggle up for movie night.

Be sure to rest up at night to be able to seize the day. The primary suite features a king-sized bed with hotel linens and plush pillows, as well as an en suite bathroom for privacy. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, and access to the hallway bathroom. Each bedroom sleeps two, and two additional guests can be accommodated on the queen-sized pullout bed located in the living room.

After a good night’s sleep, the vacation continues the moment you step out the door where endless activities await. Get a workout in at the private gym on property, with several cardio and weight training options. The newly renovated community pool and three jetted spas and stunning views are a lovely place to relax year-round if you would prefer to stay close to home. It's an approximately 30 minute walk to the beach through the Monarch Beach Golf Links, which boasts some of the best views of the coast both on and off the Golf Advisor 5-star rated public course. If you are interested in teeing up while on holiday, please contact the course directly to schedule a tee time.

The local beach is breathtaking and provides ample opportunities for watching whales and dolphins as they glimmer jumping through the waves. The Dana Point coastline is nearly seven miles long and comprised of six different beaches to explore, and beach gear is included with this property.

There truly is something for everyone while vacationing in Dana Point – surf, swim, kayak, paddle board, boogie board, body surf, or just stroll along the water’s edge. If water activities aren’t for you, there is plenty for land lovers to enjoy! The Ocean Institute, Catalina Island excursions, Dana Point Harbor, fishing, biking, hiking, fine dining, art galleries, and shopping are all just minutes away.

If you are looking for a fun family day trip, Southern California has so much to offer! Great entertainment destinations are just a car ride away, including Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Lego Land, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Universal Studios, and even skiing and snowboarding during the winter months at Big Bear Mountain Resort.

Fabulous stay!

Very happy with our stay. The only advise I would give is let people check out at 11 am instead of 10. Other than that we were very happy there!

Clean on arrival, comfortable beds, quiet area, great treats such as bathroom extras & coffee treats. Views from patio were a let down, no information about access to pool or gym, clubhouse included. Condo was tired, needs updating. Overall ok

Fantastic Stay in Southern California

We had a fantastic tim in Dana Point. House perfectly located close to Beach and easy to get into Dana Point using Trolley. House very comfortable with great beach equipment. Highly recommend for a family holiday

The good, the bad and the ugly.

The Good: management was very responsive. There was ample coffee, sugar and even some spices. The dishwasher worked well and there was plenty of pods for it. Laundry was good and plenty of detergent and fabric softener. Linens were nice quality and beds were comfortable. The bad: the out door space is ground level looking at the parking lot and very dark without any sunlight except for briefly in the morning if there’s no cloud cover. The entire unit gets almost no natural light unless you leave the front door open. Also- the location is barely walking distance to the beach. It would take more than an hour to walk there and same back. Unless the walk was for the purpose of the walk but not really to enjoy the beach, I guess it is technically walkable, but you would not want to carry gear to the beach on that walk. We drove to the beach and parked everyday. The ugly: upon arrival, there was a terrible smell in the unit. The smell was of sewer gas or a mustiness that was being masked by plug in air freshener. It was so strong, we had to open all the doors to air the place out. Overnight with running the AC the smell dissipated enough that we decided to stay rather than try to find a new place to stay. The plumbing is fragile in the master bath- barely will flush even just toilet paper. The kitchen sink smells and faucet is very loose at the attachment to the counter. The connection to Amazon prime or Netflix stopped working. Outlets were very loose.

Comfortable and Convenient

My husband and I stayed for a week and really appreciated the space, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches. Good WiFi; really nice washer and dryer; comfortable beds; outlets where you need them; seemed like a well appointed kitchen, although we mostly went out (there are lots of restaurants). Great visit.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this place. Its a short 20 minute wall to salt creek beach which is an amazing beach. The property was perfect, clean, close to the pool and gym. Dana Point was just a really great area. No complaint. My kids asked to come back again.

Fantastic neighborhood and beautiful condo!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The condo was so clean, smelled good, had darling ocean decor, and every kitchen appliance you could ever need. We walked to the beach yhe first day, and it was a beautiful walk, but we drove the next few times simply because with all out gear and kids, it was easier. The host supplied an amazing array of beach gear and sand toys, along with a wagon to haul it. We were SO grateful for this added convenience they provided. It made it so much easier to pack for this trip knowing we didn’t need to pack a single thing for the beach. Everything we needed/wanted was provided. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us. We also had the most enjoyable time watching the 4th of July fireworks right from the hot tub that overlooks the ocean. Just awesome!

Cute roomy place

Cute Rooney , very clean. Nice walk to the beach. Had everything we needed. Great stuff for the beach. Master toilet runs at time and needs to be fixed. Patio faces the parking lot so no view. However the south spa has a lovely few and very relaxing. Overall nice place.

Worth it!

Our family of four enjoyed our experience here. The location is perfectly close to everything- the beach, grocery stores, the marina, and restaurants. It’s clean, pretty quiet and in a spectacular neighborhood. The unit itself is stocked with everything you could possibly need from beach towels and games to an air fryer and Keurig! This place will not disappoint!

Wonderful condo

The condo is nicely laid out and spacious. Very well appointed and lots of nice little touches like coffee , snacks and wine when you arrive, extra toothbrushes, vanity kits and deodorant etc. they have a french press and kettle as well as a Keurig. Jordan the manager was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I didn’t need it but they had a crib and high chair as well as a blow up mattress, in addition to the pull out sofa. The laundry room with brand new HE washer and dryer was nice to have. The complex has 24-hr security at the gate. Plenty of nearby parking in addition to the assigned spot. The unit is at ground level. The hot tub and pool area were nice too. This is a very quiet complex, and Dana Point has a 10 pm noise ordinance that apparently is strictly enforced according to the signage in the unit. We only heard neighbors once, but the walls are thin enough that when walking up to the front door I could hear my family talking at normal volume, so this is not a place for a rowdy group or anyone wanting to play loud music. My only constructive comments…bring your own shampoo and conditioner, they only supplied one small tube of each per bathroom; and be aware that the kitchen table is very tiny (theoretically seating for 6 but the table itself is just very small, we couldn’t fit a 1000 piece puzzle on it).

Great rental

This was a great rental for our family of 5. We were visiting extended family and this unit had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I really appreciated the little amenities like k-cups, great Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The little things made for a great stay!

Nice safe and very quiet place for staying in south CA

Nice and clean townhouse located in gated community. Parking just a few steps from front door on first floor which is great for hauling luggages. Plenty of shared living space. Compliment Keurig coffee and goodies are nice. In-unit laundry is very convenient. 2 bathrooms a plus. Master bath is little dated and could use some updates such as new elongated toilet. Bathroom wall still has unpainted repair patches.

Great stay

Amazing home and location

I had family come in for an event ages 81-1.5. The entire experience was wonderful and convenient to everything and having only one level was ideal. There were many little things one doesn't have during travel that assisted. Hi-chair, laundry soap, exceptionally clean and great parking. The location for walking to the beach was great especially since some of my family had never been to California. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone. I am a Realtor in the area and can say this home gets more than 5 stars and the property management was quick to answer questions. Thank you for allowing my family to stay in your home.
