"Stayed here for one week in July, with family and friends; great location right across from beach and short walk to boardwalk area. House is well appointed, rooms are large, with plenty of bdrs and bths, enclosed/screened porches and decks for everyone to have their space. Lots of off street parking and storage for beach stuff under house, plus two outdoor showers. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was just as it was presented. The four of us, two adults and two teens had an excellent stay. And so did our dog. Great location too. Would definitely go back. "

"We visited over Thanksgiving and the owners bent over backwards to see that we had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. The house was spotless with very comfortable beds. We will be back!"

Loved the remote location and beach access, yet still easy to get to Lewes & Rehoboth. We enjoyed trying out some of the hot spots in the helpful binder of local restaurants and attractions. Thanks Gina and Rodney for being such great hosts!"

"Had a wonderful time! The house is so charming, the front porch and outside shower are a dream. Lovely historic cottage, and is the perfect vibe for what Rehobeth is. Walking distance to everything and can’t wait to go back!"

"Nice place, communication while at the property was difficult because the cell service is extremely limited. The Hosts were easy to communicate with when in an area our cells worked. They did everything that they could do to ensure our stay was a good one."

"The location of the house was perfect 15 min to Rehoboth Beach. The bed was comfortable. My stay would have been better if there were hooks in the bedrooms for robes. The bathroom needed hooks as well for your towel. The tv in the livingroom was too high and the placement was awkward. "

The property was close to the beach, had features that made transitioning from the beach to the after beach day convenient: outdoor shower, screened in porch to keep beach wagon and eat lunch - including a half bathroom, washer dryer, small but functional kitchen and table. We liked the house allowed our dog and was within walking distance of the area on the beach that allowed dogs. The property could benefit from an investment in some parts of the...
