"Myself, my husband and our Golden Retriever loved the Cozy Beach Cottage! It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. They provide everything but towels. The beach is pretty private with none of the craziness of the big beaches. Host was easy to communicate with also. Would absolutely reccomend and we would love to return again next year."

"We visited over Thanksgiving and the owners bent over backwards to see that we had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. The house was spotless with very comfortable beds. We will be back!"

"Enjoyed the home. Had a continuous battle with small ants on the counter and some cabinets. Noticed that they were climbing up the outside of the house too. Suggest perimeter ant control be applied periodically. Removal of some of the saplings along the edges of the driveway would allow easier access in/out. Would recommend monthly cleaning of gutters- we endured some heavy rainstorm due to the hurricane and the water just went right over the gutters because they were plugged full of pine...

"This is a.great house steps from the beach. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice neighborhood. Loved having places to put our stuff (dressers, wall hooks, closets). We enjoyed sitting in the sun room and spending time together in the living room."
