" The house was perfect for our family. I loved sitting on the deck and listening to the fish jump in the river. Super quiet street - just the escape we needed - yet close to everything. We enjoyed the kayaks and the large yard. We had trouble with the front door keypad but Phil was super apologetic and took care of it immediately. We would definitely stay here again! "

"The Salinity was completely remodeled after the hurricane. The room was clean with beautiful ocean views. Great communication with the host. However, the city of Cedar Key and surrounding area has so much more rebuilding to do. The devastation is widespread but the community and culture are excellent. I would definitely revisit. "

"Thank you for letting us stay at your rental home. We found everything that we needed and then some! Your place makes a wonderful family get a way. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds are comfy. We had a relaxing time. "

"Beautiful location, right on the river. We saw several manatees swim by during our stay and saw even more when we took out the provided kayaks. Watch the tides to know when to kayak downstream, if you wait till high tide it is much easier to kayak back than during low tide. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area."

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"Overall we really enjoyed the stay. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. The pool and backyard area needed some work, but on our third day there, a crew came and did an incredible job! "The house is located perfect to go different directions for attractions. Tampa Hard Rock Casino, Aquarium, and Bush Gardens. Then to Clearwater Beach and Brooksville/Spring Hill areas. "We had an absolute blast at this rental on the Weeki Wachee River. The house was amazing, well equipped and very clean. The game room downstairs was huge and so much fun. The kayaks were great for paddling along the canals and the river. We saw lots of manatees while kayaking on the river. Sonia was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this place. "

"The apartment was clean and well decorated. The coffee and snacks were a definite plus. Close to Tarpon Springs and the beach. The owners were very friendly. Only downside was the step up into the bathroom which I didn’t see and the wrong code was posted on the check in instructions. The correct ne was posted on a message. Would definitely stay again"

"A couple of friends and I decided to take a last-minute weekend trip to Florida. After reviewing a few different homes in the Holiday area, we decided on this one. It was a very easy process all the way around. The host (owner) met us at the property and showed us around a bit, showing us how to use the TVs, pool, etc. Would definitely stay here again."
