"The property was exactly as described and pictured. Super clean, very comfortable beds with very nice bedding, modern look and feel inside. Kitchen is huge and fabulous. Giant smart TVs in several rooms including outside by the pool. The outdoor space was perfect for our group and we were in the pool every day. Pool was spotlessly clean. I would definitely rent this house again! "

The location on the river was the best part.. but the cleanliness of the cabin, the rustic feel while being updated and having amazing appliances with a fully stocked kitchen, great bathrooms and showers, and comfortable beds. "The property was very close to the Rainbow River and kayak rentals, so it was a great location. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The towels could use a refresh/replace and the kitchen needs a bit of a deep clean. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Jeff & Jim’s wonderful home! We honestly don’t have enough good things to say! From the cleanliness throughout, beautiful decorating, perfectly stocked kitchen, amazing dock and kayak launch area and so forth, this wonderful house just felt like a home in no time! I’d highly recommended staying here! The owners are very nice, professional and accessible should you have any questions or concerns, we’ll definitely be returning. I hope you find this review...

"Had so much fun with family at this beautiful home! You truly cannot beat the location, the river is so peaceful and absolutely stunning! There were plenty of towels which was nice because so many rentals do not have those. My only issue was there was not salt, pepper or foil which I know something that is guaranteed but it is nice when it’s already there so you have what you need in the kitchen. With all that being said, I would definitely book again! The host was also so accommodating and very...

"We had 5 adults and 4 children plenty of room for everyone. The ocean was right out the back door but smaller kids rather the pool over the ocean. Restaurants close by and shopping. Property manager was excellent couple small issues but they took care of them timely."

Fremtagende udsigt - forfærdelig morgenmad.

"Hotellet er en smule slidt, mern fungerer fremragende. Den tilhørende restaurant og Tiki bar er vældig gode. Vi havde dog værelse lige over restauranten, hvor der er mange mennesker der larmer lørdag aften - heldigvis lukker de kl 21.00, så 21.30 er der ro.Udsigten fra værelser og Tiki bar er ganske fantastisk, man kan se ud over floddeltaet, og alle turisterne der svømmer med Manatees, man kan også være heldig selv at se Manatees fra altanen. Morgenmaden er dog forfærdelig, du kan få frugt, kage og kaffe! - utroligt, at man ikke skifter noget af kagen ud med Toastbrød/Bagels."

"Fin beliggenhed for vores ‘swim with manatees’-tour. Ok størrelse for 2xQueen bed room. God og gratis parkering. Gratis morgenmad, der dog var meget begrænset og ret kedelig. Og alt service/bestik/glas var plastik, som bare ikke er særlig fedt at spise med, og det får det hele til at virke meget ‘budget’-agtigt. Brugte ikke poolen. Poolområdet virkede ikke specielt indbydende. "
