"The showers ( in the tub ) are 1980s style, push pull type. Difficult to operate. The controls are too sensitive. You either get frozen or scalded. Because of this so much water is wasted. They could save money from water bill s if they change the traps "

"Situated great for shopping. Can recommend the foodcourt at South Shore Mall just on the other side of the street. The breakfast at the hotel did not have a lot of options. Would have liked some buns, and ham, maybe not the same kind og egg every day for a week. Furthermore, it is the first hotel I ever stayed in, where you request cleaning. Then it was done, but you have to ask for at in the reception. The staff is so nice and polite. Thx for a good stay, and the service level you provide."

"Bookede et rum med to dobbeltsenge (man kunne også vælge to Queen senge), blev spurgt ved ankomst om vi skulle bruge handikap facilitet på rum, svaret var nej så længe det havde 2 dobbeltsenge. Vi fik 2 Queen senge??? Suk. Og kun 180lange"

"friendly front staff, easy check-in, clean room, unfortunately shower curtain had someone else's hair on it. looks like the service at hotels in general is getting worse for hair in the showers. It's happened in other places as well. Otherwise nice hotel! not amazing, not bad. equidistant to ice skating at Boston Common and South Station"

"Very friendly staff, helpful will all my requests. Room was really small (and I got a corner room!), fancy beds that lift up to create a bit more space but fill up the entire room when fully horizontal. There’s no tea kettle (or space for) and the fridge you can get is a tiny makeup fridge. Gym is small but functional 👍 Overall an ok stay for a few nights. "
