"We loved the layout of the condo and the neighborhood, also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We felt right at home. The only so called complaint was that there was a bit of a moldy smell at first in the condo. We bought a couple of candles and sprayed everything with Lysol…..also several days we were able to air out the place by opening the doors which helped. It’s not due to the owners because I know that the humidity in Florida is the cause of this. I would definitely stay there again...

"Upon arrival, we were very impressed with how clean everything was! All of the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the kitchen & living room. House was very well stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. Communication with host was very fast and friendly! We are looking forward to coming back! "

"We were 2 families for a total 7 people with 3 kids ranging from 9-15. The cottage was perfect for all of us! The 2 youngest loved having their own twin bed vs. bunk beds. The location to the beach was perfect and a very manageable walk for all of us. It would be hard to drag a wagon so our backpack cooler came in handy. We loved the chair service as well! "This property was very clean and well maintained! There was plenty of room for our family of four. The fishing in the lake behind the house was not great but it was very windy during our stay in October so that could be part of the reason. We loved being able to use the golf cart to drive to the beach and Baytowne wharf! This was our second stay in the sandestin resort and we are very pleased with the location. "

"The cottage was perfect for our stay and the golf cart was a huge bonus! Hardly left the resort, everything you needed (food, drinks, entertainment, beach, pools, activities, etc.) were all on the resort and accessible by a fun golf cart ride. "The house was perfect for our family of 9. Beds were comfy, location was perfect, house was cozy. The only thing I would suggest is be ready to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, trash bags, shampoo and soap. However, we would definitely return again! "
