"Hotel was clean and located dead center of Minneapolis. Parking is right at the building. The service was poor, however, we had to wait for everything and they obviously took advantage of the pandemic to run with a skeleton crew and not do the usual expected. There was no complimentary water, the coffee machine didn’t work in the room and no coffee in the lounge. "

"I checked in and the jr suite I had reserved was dusty like literal dust upon everything.. it did take two rooms until we got to the third for a good one but this was after I got in touch with the manager (Amira) on duty she was very very helpful and it was definitely worth my stay I enjoyed myself"
