"We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner except the pan on which the turkey was cooked. We expected that and brought one. The home was cozy and warm. It's old and squeaky, which didn't bother us and even gave it some character. There was a very nice fenced-in space outside for our little dog. The home was very clean. The price was right and conveniently located.I e-mailed the host a few times and she always answered promptly."

"The morning views of Longs Peak were breathtaking! The house was not huge and we had 6 adults and 4 kids. It was plenty close but it worked well!! The snow was beautiful and the wind was fierce!! We had a wonderful time and everything was as it said. I have but one complaint with every single Vrbo we book, they all have crappy vacuums!! I would love to keep the floors clean and don’t mind doing so. Get decent equipment!!! That’s the only thing that I would change!!! Thank you for letting us...

"Charming 3 bedroom cottage. The bedrooms are all spaced out which is perfect for families with older children. Everything is on one level (no stairs) making it convenient for individuals with mobility issues. Living rooms is quite spacious and the furniture is comfortable. This cottage has no AC which is common in mountain communities but we were grateful that there were plenty of fans on property to help cool the house down. I was a little disappointed that you have to provide your own hand...

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was as described and the host was great with communication. Comfortable beds and pillows. "This is a good physical location to access lots of outdoor activity in the area. The property is quite small and cramped. No more than 3 folks can be here comfortably and even then your not going to want to spend a lot of time in the residence. It does have a lot of wear as it was a 1936 tpe cabin and to do it a major upgrade would be a lot of effort. However for under 200.00 a day its a cost saver."

"was a great 1 bedroom with kitchen. convenient to downtown and Ball Arena. parking was offsite, but near. my only complaint was there was a plug in air "freshener" - I hated the scent and it triggers allergies for me. I unplugged it and put it on the balcony. if we had spent more time in the apartment it would have been an issue, but we had a lot of activities that took us out. "
