"Impeccable service. Incredible attention to detail. Just the right balance of personal attentiveness and laid back friendliness. The executive lounge 'membership for the stay' package represents very good value -(breakfast charge on its own is ridiculously expensive - taking the lounge membership almost pays for it and adds lots of other perks). The outside of the property is rather unassuming, but the inside is stunning."

For many many years ago this was a Swiss run hotel, service and everything was super. Then it was taken over by Chinese and service and food quality has dropped to be no good. Service at the front disk is pure and in the restaurant you have to call for service. "

"There was hair in the tub. The rug was dirty. There were broken tiles on the floor, the side of the tub and on the walls. There was clear signs of mold and water damage. This should have been renovated a long time ago. Shame on you Crowne plaza."
