"Room clean, fitness room awful!! Have to request house keeping but they do not change sheets. Bar and restaurant bare minimum. They have a nice bar next to hotel(Not the-one located in the hotel) Would not stay again!"

"The property arranged an early check in for me when I arrived sick. They were super accommodating getting us into our room early. The apartment was very comfortable and had more than enough space for the three of us. Being just a block off the green and pink line trains also helped."

"We loved the proximity to Union Station as well as Willis Tower and St. Patrick's Church. Casual dining options were very close and convenient. The apt was very clean. The view was of an alley which as expected had trash around dumpsters. It was brightly lit at night. A number of panhandlers in the area, which wasn't a complete surprise considering it's a city.
