"PROS: Very clean and cozy. Bedrooms are spacious. It was nice that they had desks in two of the bedrooms. We enjoyed the fireplace. Having a washer/dryer is a big plus. Neighborhood is quiet and close to a lot of hiking and restaurants. Owner is very responsive. CONS: The listing should clearly state it is a basement apt, NOT a condo. "The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. "

"Condo was clean and good for 1-3 people. We had two and it worked great. Nice touch to include some basics like coffee, filters, and some items in the bathroom (in case forgotten or not bought). A few rules due to being a condo (no smoking on property grounds, don't run thu unit), overall a clean and convenient property. "
