"This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. "Excellent value for money. Location at the harbour with great view from restaurant and some rooms. You get what you pay for. Fine breakfast buffet in weekends, OK menu during weekdays. Good and clean room. Both lobby bar and dinner restaurant are OK when needed, but there are better options outside the hotel. Effective check in and check out. If a swimming pool is important, this is not the place, they have a pool, but very small and not something to go for"

"The hotel is nice and conveniently located near John Hopkins University. However, the city of Baltimore is economically depressed and full of graffiti and vacant properties. There were a few homeless people oitside sleeping on the sidewalk. The hotel is nice - and likely one of the best in the city. But the town needs help. No need to go outside. They had a nice jazz band playing when we arrived. Bed was comfy. "
