"Incredible noice from the street outside. The hotel will say this is to be expected from a city location, but this is worse than you can expect and we didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast is limited. The hotel will say they have a great variety including eggs and sausages, however this is a cold egg and sausage bun that can be collected from a fridge. The place is generally worn down. The location is great and the staff very helpful. Wouldn’t consider the stay value for money. "

"We stayed at the Haywood Park Hotel two days before Hurricane Helene's destructive path caused catastrophic damage to lovely Asheville. Our stay was wonderful. Our room (more like an apartment!) was incredible. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was equipped with all the amenities one could desire, and the living area was spacious and nicely furnished. "Visited a month after TS Helene came thru Asheville. I think the hotel is doing remarkably well for resolution it. I found it very convenient to downtown with plentiful parking. Hope to visit again when the situation has normalized in Asheville. Thank you for the hospitality!"
