"Incredible noice from the street outside. The hotel will say this is to be expected from a city location, but this is worse than you can expect and we didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast is limited. The hotel will say they have a great variety including eggs and sausages, however this is a cold egg and sausage bun that can be collected from a fridge. The place is generally worn down. The location is great and the staff very helpful. Wouldn’t consider the stay value for money. "

"Visited a month after TS Helene came thru Asheville. I think the hotel is doing remarkably well for resolution it. I found it very convenient to downtown with plentiful parking. Hope to visit again when the situation has normalized in Asheville. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"The coffee maker in room 1028 was disgusting and needs to be replaced. Otherwise our overall stay was fantastic and we will always stay at the Renaissance when we visit Asheville. The brunch was fantastic!"

"This was our first trip to Ashville. We absolutely loved the Restoration! It did not disappoint and the location is perfect for a short walk to all of downtown. It was 10 minute drive to the Biltmore. It was an upscale stay without paying Biltmore prices. "
