"Incredible noice from the street outside. The hotel will say this is to be expected from a city location, but this is worse than you can expect and we didn’t get much sleep. The breakfast is limited. The hotel will say they have a great variety including eggs and sausages, however this is a cold egg and sausage bun that can be collected from a fridge. The place is generally worn down. The location is great and the staff very helpful. Wouldn’t consider the stay value for money. "

"This was a return trip for us exactly one year from our first stay. Booked for the location because we were in town for Billy Strings weekend! Walkable to everything including the concert venue. We were worried about how things would be considering the enormous damage to the RAD from Helene but the hotel was in great shape. A few suites were blocked off due to damage but all other amenities were available. The Writer’s Bistro was wonderful as usual. Thanks for hosting us and we’ll see you next...

"Good place to stay for a concert! Tv didn’t work but not a big deal."

"The hotel was very nice. My biggest complaint is the parking is so bad, it doesn't feel safe parking in the ally the hotel provides, i went to move my car at 12am to the paid parking garage and there were numerous homeless in the ally next to the cars. Our check out was on Saturday and we were told we'd have to move our car to that parking garage because of a farmers market blocking the ally, so I ended having to pay for the parking. Also the front desk was on limited hours and I ended up...

"The property is very unique and conveniently located. Check in was very challenging since there is no staff on sight and check in e-mails did not come through, while all other communications delivered directly to my inbox. When I emailed with concerns about parking due to our late arrival, i was not asked or informed the check in information with my door access code had been sent to me via e-mail."
