"We (a family of 4, with kids) had an amazing stay at the Avon in Silverton. It’s still being reworked and gently restored, but is fully functional. The landscape around Silverton is stunning, and the hotel itself has a unique authenticity which you won’t find in any of the established hotel chains. All in all an Ubercool and very unique experience."

"Room was clean and updated. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on next door such as talking and using the bathroom. There was no way to control the heat and no extra blanket so got very cold during the night. "

"This was a cute place in a neat old building. Unfortunately it was a little too lively for us. I'm sure it didn't help that our room was directly above the bar area. There was a white noise machine in the room, which was much appreciated and helped some with the noise. There was no sink in the bathroom. We had to come out to wash our hands at the sink in the kitchenette area. If we had to stay again, I would call the hotel directly to be sure we got a different room, further from the bar and...

"Great little spot. It was convenient to get around! Bunk beds were great for the kids. You can walk everywhere. Only peeve was that it was hot in there. The place had a ceiling fan, but would be useful to have a fan available for the summer time for customers. Over all great communication, clean and very comfortable! "

"The studio unit was just what we needed. Very clean. Nicely remodeled bathroom. Refrigerator was nice size. The pay washer and dryer worked well. Tamarron I a nice resort. Overlooked the golf course."
