"Staff was very polite and nice, but we had paid in advance with hotels.com 3 months earlier - and were charged again when checked in, Howard’s hotel said they couldn't help our situation, (since they had changed or updated their computer system) and it didn’t show where we had paid.. but hotels.com contacted them and we were reimbursed so all turned out well. "

"A bit outside of town but very unique and worth the short drive. Rustic character but not lacking in amenities with all the modern comforts and decorum. Definitely would stay their again. Extremely detailed welcome packet with all you need to know to show up and drop into vacation mode. Save a few minutes for checklist when leaving. "

"My friends and family stayed here for my birthday golf outing. We were all very impressed with the accommodations and had a great time!"

"I chose the location because I wanted to see all the stars, unfortunately the weather didn't give me that chance. Instead it brought us snow. It ended up so magical, the house was well set up for us to stay in cook, chill and enjoy the snow. We plan to go back. "

"Beautiful home. Gorgeous scenery. We brought steaks to grill, only to find that there was no propane. Sent a message but no reply. Also, we only had two small kitchen garbage bags. There were no others in the whole house. Limited amount of towels and there was no coffee for the coffee pot. Normally coffee is provided."

"Thanks it was a nice week in Brewster, house nice and new, the bed very comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood - views over the water were magnificent! We were there on a business trip so it was a great place to kick back at the end of a long day!"
