BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Clean but a bit odd
4 remotes to operate Roku tv but impossible to connect and no instructions. Interior doors had no sill on top so if house settled at all a person could be trapped. Very slow bathroom sink drain needs attention. Management company did not respond to email request. Time will allow small repairs. We will likely return in 2025.

Weekend stay
Nice basement suite on a quiet street that is still close to Whyte Ave. Perfect short walk to Fringe events. Beds are comfortable . Parking was not a problem. Kitchen included many amenities . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is an inviting basement apartment with a fully furnished kitchen, comfortable beds and a lovely shared back yard, on a quiet tree-lined street. There is no desk or work station so it may not be the best choice for someone who needs to work while there.

Suite is small but comfortable. Kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances in good condition and having the in-suite laundry is convenient. Wifi and cable TV are excellent.
