"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in einem tollen Haus und mit einem sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeber, danke Riccardo! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur (Home Villas) war unterirdisch!!! Auf keine Email kam eine Reaktion, außer dass man sich melden würde. Wir wollten vorab einige Dinge abklären (Anzahl der Personen hatte sich reduziert, wäre früherer Check In möglich, etc.), selbst das vorzeitige Anmelden aller Personen mit Ausweisen wurde nicht an den Vermieter weitergeleitet!! "Our stay in Florence at this villa was absolutely delightful. Chiara was incredibly welcoming, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location just above the city offers the perfect balance of tranquility, beauty, and comfort. The house is immaculately maintained with sophisticated design touches and very clean. "We had great expectations for our stay in Florence, and the communication with Stefania was great, the property has a lot of potential to be a great location, but is currently not as nice as explained. While the rooms are large and spacious, upon entering the space smelled like urine, we aired it out and sprayed multiple scents to assist, but it was tough. By opening the windows, it got better by the end of day 2... however that let in bugs and we got bitten up by mulitple spiders or mosquitos...

"This place is magical!!!!! The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. The ambiance of the outdoor dining area is lovely and the check in/out process was easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!"
