The area around Singen offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. An extinct volcano, the “Hohentwiel”, is only a 16-minute drive (14 km) away and offers fantastic views over Singen and the scenic landscape after you have hiked up. In winter, you can even go skiing an 18-minute drive (15 km) away or across the nearby Swiss border.
