Stylish Marina Apartment with Amazing Sea Views, UKTV + WiFi

Stylish, South East facing, air-conditioned apartment ideally situated on the 3rd floor thus providing great views but not too high for vertigo sufferers.

Directly overlooking the beautiful Estepona Marina with the local tapas bars and restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk.

Access is provided to 2 swimming pools.

Two E.C. Blue Flag beaches are an easy 5 minute walk away and Estepona old town with it's many beautiful tree lined plazas is on the doorstep.

The apartment has an open balcony, comfortably seating 4 people, providing panoramic views of Gibraltar, North Africa, the traditional white walled town and the lovely marina. Just perfect for people watching!

The apartment is stylishly furnished having recently undergone a full refurbishment. It is comprehensively equipped with all you will need for a short break or long term stay.

Our goal has been to provide a home from home for our guests, within one of the most beautiful, unspoiled and typically Spanish areas on the Costa del Sol - our many 5* reviews suggest we have achieved our goal..

Gibraltar: Only 35 minutes drive from Estepona (and on the local bus route), Gibraltar is a sunny, VAT-free haven where you can find duty free bargains from electronic equipment & jewellery to leather & perfumes & haggling is encouraged! Make sure you don't miss the spectacular natural caverns of St. Michael's Caves or visit the Ape's Den, home to some of Gibraltar's famous Barbary Apes, the only free-to-roam primates in Europe. Watch out for monkey business as they can be mischievous and have been known to pick the occasional pocket looking for treats.

The Dolphin Trip from the Marina is an excellent day out and very rarely are dolphins not seen.

Really enjoyed staying in this apartment and really appreciated the starter pack of food and drink. Very comfortable apartment. Close to many restaurants. Enjoyed walking along the ocean walk. Only reason we did not give overall 5 stars is because a few nights there was very loud music and people shouting from nearby club until about 3:30. No fault of the owner though.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. it was bright, clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. It was close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. We had a reserved parking space and the view from the apartment was spectacular! I would definitely recommend it!

Estepona harbour apartment
Fantastic, well maintained apartment right on the beachfront overlooking the harbour with beautiful views. Perfect location for touring the Andalusian costal region. Highly recommended if you are thinking of visiting the area - can’t go wrong.

Great appartment with beautiful view
Chouette appartement avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et une vue extraordinaire sur le port ! Un peu trop chaud dans la chambre et il faudrait peut être prévoir un store pour le balcon (si possible avec la copropriété) mais bon c'est l'Andalousie :-) A noter qu'il y a une baignoire dans la salle de bain (et non une douche) Merci Andy, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Superb property!
This is a wonderful apartment in a brilliant location, well equipped, modern and with superb views of the port and surrounding area. The apartment is large, bright and beautifully decorated. Estepona town is a short walk from the apartment, but there are many bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Andy is a great host and we can highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment with outstanding views
We have had 12 wonderful days in this gorgeous apartment. Fantastic location, stunning views and everything you could possibly need is provided. Estepona is a beautiful town with lots to see and do and the food was delicious. The Jamon festival created a great atmosphere.

Apartment was lovely and spacious with lovely furniture and lots of extras to make our stay very good, only disappointment was no AC in the bedroom and the lift was out of action most of our stay. The apartment is very convenient for bars and restaurants which are just across the road although this can be a little noisy in the the early hours of the morning.

Relaxation
We loved our apartment overlooking the marina and out to the sea ! With sea views from every room including the kitchen it was a fantastic vantage point. The modern clean furnishings added to a feeling of spaciousness with 2 sofas to relax on ( 1 each ) there was ample room to spread out ! I especially enjoyed watching the fishing boats come in and offloading their catch. Very convenient for supermarket and taxi to the Old Town but lots of places to eat and drink at on the doorstop, we hope to visit again next summer !!

Fabulous Apartment
Lovely apartment in a great area. I highly recommend this apartment, it is spacious and well equipped. The view from the balcony is fantastic and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The beach is a short walk away and the walk along the to the Old Town is about 20 minutes or so (heat depending) along a pedestrianised walkway by the more beaches. Having a reserved parking space was an added bonus, although we only used the car a couple of times because everything was so convenient. Andy gave us great advice regarding a day trip to Gibraltar and the local bus service and is very knowledgable about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Apartment
The view from the apartment is amazing. The little extras left for guests is very good. Spotlessly clean. Andy the owner goes above and beyond to facilitate any request we had. Sue the lady who looks after the apartment is very good because we did have a problem with the blackout blind which was dealt with straight away. We love Estepona for the flat walks, lovely beaches, the many good Restaurants and the weather.

Another fabulous stay
We opened the door and felt we were back at home, returning for our second winter stay. This is such a spacious apartment, with a compact but well fitted kitchen. The bed is comfortable with plenty of storage. The apartment block is quiet and close to all amenities with views to die for. Good internet connection if you are planning to do any work and English TV channels if needed, though most of our time is spent outdoors. We were very comfortable and have already planned our next winter stay. The owners and property manager are on hand for any queries and make you feel very welcome. Some essentials are left in the fridge which is a nice touch. All in all 5* from us.

And relax!!
We had the most restful and delightful 10 day stay at this apartment. Exactly as it’s advertised. The views are so beautiful. Plenty of Bistros pubs and restaurants on your doorstep, or a lovely stroll 20 mins down the prom into Estapona old town. So pretty. Again plenty of different grade places to eat and watch the world go by. The petit Paris opposite the appt is very good. We would definitely return for a longer stay.

Wonderful Apartment in an ideal location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't really fault anything. The apartment is located within easy reach of local amenities, lots of nearby restaurants in the Marina area, and the historic part of Estepona is a 20 minute wander away along the seafront promenade, or just a few minutes by taxi if struggling to get back after a heavy meal. It was exactly as expected from the listing, if not better.

Perfect apartment with one of Estepona's best locations. All communication with our host worked great and without any issues. It was a bit warm in the bedroom this week, but otherwise, our AC worked well. We would love to come back."
