"The Upper Loft had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable, couch was awesome, and TV was big and great. Blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. The separation of the commode from the shower/sink was a great thought. The shower was big. Plan to eat out unless you want to microwave your food. A small refrigerator was provided and very handy. "This unit is on the end of 4 units. It is on a very dark road and could use some outdoor lighting, especially on the unit # and on the stairs leading to the door. Both beds and the pillows could also use an update and we had some lights and switches that didn’t work, but we managed okay. The unit next to this one is an owner occupied unit with an owner who is gone a lot and leaves his German shepherd inside for days at a time. The poor thing howled a lot and we could hear him running about...

"The property was very cute! Perfect for the two of us and located extremely close to downtown. With red’s pizza across the street and a trolley stop minutes away, we had everything we needed. The large balcony and shared space was an added bonus and everyone was so friendly. Would definitely stay again! "

"We came early on a Friday and the host let us in very early which was nice since we had been on the road for 5 hours. The house is adorable with beautiful clean and comfy beds! The location is perfect. The only drawback was the coffee shop across the street was so rude so we only went there once.everything else was perfect . "

"The little studio is cute. Has what you need for a short stay. The window unit is rather loud, but works well. The door knob was the challenging.. I would just say. Push the key in before turning it. We didn’t catch on that right away. The street noise is considerable. It does not last super late but bring some noise cancelling if you are a light sleeper. Would stay there again. "

"Great place to stay in the heart of historic downtown Eureka Springs. Beautiful property. One the to be aware of are the 73 stair steps from the parking lot to the room. If climbing stairs is hard for you, this is NOT a good option. We enjoyed the workout! Lovely property and host we will stay again for sure!"

"Had a girls trip and stayed in one of the duplex cabins. Was a cozy and comfortable stay! Even though it was adjoining we were never bothered by our neighbors and it felt very safe and still secluded although there’s cabins and houses all around. It’s a great cluster of a bunch of cabins and even some shared outdoor spaces to hang out! Late check in was super easy and instructions to find our cabin were included. We ordered pizza and did make sure to provide a phone number and stand outside...
