"A modern hotel, with nice well-decorated rooms and a free mini bar, which was quite a surprise. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast offers a great assortment. The hotel is about 1 km away from the cathedral, a 10-15 minutes walk. If you are sensitive towards streets sounds, you could ask for a room facing the back side, but the noise finished around midnight, so no big problem. Very recommendable and will surely stay here again if I get back to Florence."

"Vi fik først et værelse med et meget slidt badeværelse, hvor malingen skallede af og det bare ikke var indbydende at være. Heldigvis havde hotellet et andet værelse til os. Dog er vores samlede oplevelse med hotellet ikke godt, fordi dørerne ud til gangen var papirstynde, så vi kunne høre alt derude fra, og da hotellet samtidig husede to skoleklasser, så var der en del larm om morgen og om aften. Vi kan ikke anbefale nogen at bo der. "

"It was a nice stay, and great pools. We stayed in a 1 room Deluxe-bungalow, but I missed a chair in the room, so I could work with my computer on the desk. It would also be nice to have two (plastic) chairs for outdoor use. But again, a nice stay."

"Very nice hotel with super friendly staff! The location was great for exploring Florence, the rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was good. Only downsides were lack of counter space in the bathroom, some problems with the water heater (always very hot! No cold water in the tap), and located on a quite busy and noisy street. Would definitely recommend for a short trip to Florence!"
