Located in scenic Flagler Beach, the home features an open floor plan situated primarily on the second floor, creating an inviting atmosphere perfect for entertaining family and friends. The heart of the home is its open kitchen, adorned with gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it ideal for culinary delights and gathering around the large island. The spacious dining room, living room, and family room seamlessly connect to a colossal deck that overlooks the majestic Atlantic Ocean, allowing for outdoor enjoyment and breathtaking sunsets.

With a private walkover to the breathtaking Flagler Beach right at your doorstep, you’re invited to bask in the sun or enjoy the sound of the waves crashing as you take leisurely strolls on the soft sandy shores. The first floor features a cozy bedroom equipped with two bunk beds, accommodating a total of four twin beds, making it the perfect space for children to share. You'll find a full bathroom discreetly placed nearby with a walk-in shower. Moving to the master suite on the third floor, experience the comfort of a king-sized bed accompanied by an ensuite bathroom that includes a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub with jets and a double vanity. The two guest bedrooms, also located on this floor, are equipped with queen-sized beds and smart TVs, ensuring that all guests enjoy gorgeous ocean views and modern comforts.

Entertaining and Living Space:
On the second floor, an open-concept living space awaits you, where the fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and family room. Designed to accommodate gatherings, the dining area can seat up to ten guests, and the expansive outdoor deck provides a perfect space to dine al fresco while overlooking the stunning coastline. Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a convenient outside shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach, and ample parking space.

Sea La Vie embraces your furry friends, welcoming pets for an additional fee of $100 per pet plus tax. Please ensure to inform us if you plan to bring your beloved companions along for the adventure.

Guest Access:
Door code to enter: August Access app will be emailed prior to check in

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
