"Peggy Sue and Jay greeted us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the cottage. They are such friendly people and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was quite comfortable for our stay, fully stocked with appliances, kitchen supplies, linens, and extra special touches such as bottles of water and even fresh muffins! Highly recommend this property for your stay!"

"From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made a good choice to stay here. The online pics just don't do the place justice. The house was sooo clean, including the outside spaces too, stocked w/all the kitchen utensils you'll ever need. Plentiful supply of things like T.P. and paper towels and trash bags, towels for days. An 80 inch tv was nice too when the time for it allowed. Honestly, the lanai and backyard gazeebo kept us away from the tv(LOL). Morning coffee and evening drinks just begged...

"My mother, husband and my daughter arrived on a late evening flight at 10:45pm. Our host supplied us with the entry codes and instructions the day prior to arrival. This property was clean. The neighborhood itself is quiet and in a great location for airport access and restaurants. However, because we arrived so late the options for food was limited. Popeyes was not very good at all. We assumed because it was near closing time. I would definitely recommend this property for future Miami/Fort...

"Kayaks were great! Beach chairs were also perfect! We loved the swing and the entire outdoor deck space. The sunrise views were fantastic and we saw some dolphins pass by one morning. Items that could use some more attention: 1. Grill: We really wanted to grill and the grill does not have clear instructions and was very difficult to light. When it did light, a good strong wind would blow the flame out (even with the gas open up all the way). 2. Lights: The outdoor string lights look lovely,...
