"Price- excellentLocation- excellentFor the price what I received was good. Could have been cleaner but it was decent. If you’re looking to visit New York without breaking the bank, I would recommend. The location was in a prime location, so close to Times Square and lots of shopping and restaurants. They should definitely remodel this property because it could be amazing with some remodeling. "

"The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. We had 4 towels that needed hooks.The sofa sleeper is incredibly squeaky and loud. My son couldn’t move without it waking us. The communication with staff was...

"We had a wonderful week in NY, and the apartment definitely contributed to that. The location is perfect. It has great potential but could use a bit more care. Ideally, it's best for a maximum of 3 people to stay, not 4. But thank you anyway."

"This was the perfect spot for my family. Plenty of space and toddler/kid friendly. 20 minutes from American dream mall and close to NYC. "

"We loved our stay here! The room was perfect for a comfortable stay, just pick up your own groceries and necessities, then you’ll be fine! We had constant communication with the property staff and check in was seamless through the app. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and is only a few blocks away from the subway. Would stay here again!"

"We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. Lisa was great and even let our dogs out to potty so we could relax traveling into the city for a show and dinner. We would love to...

"Our extended family (ranging from baby to grandma) stayed here for a week on holiday. It was the perfect launch pad for a New York experience! Very convenient to midtown, transit, restaurants. The house was easy to access (communicative host and clear procedures), clean, and exactly as advertised. Lots of stairs (a very NYC aspect of the building), so be aware. Good for a family or extended friend group (cost ends up equivalent to midtown hotel but with bonus of common rooms, kitchen etc.) Well...

"Excellent choice for a girls weekend in NY: Safe, conveniently located on Upper East Side, and clean as a whistle. Seven of us managed well for two nights with three bedrooms and two baths. Especially appreciated being able to store luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out."

"The studio apartment was fabulous and just what we wanted. It’s in a quiet, suburban part of New Jersey, with a bus just down the road that runs regularly into New York. Facilities were fantastic. Although a studio, the layout means there is plenty of room. Great shower and comfy bed. Highly recommend."
