"The property is just about 3 stars. Positives: space available in the townhouse is great and location is convenient to walk to the Subway and there is a market/ deli right across the street. Downsides: also location, 3rd Ave is REALLY noisy with a pub below on the ground floor, making the 2 front bedrooms really noisy. There were a few safety issues in that there was a broken tile on the steps right in the middle where you go down to the kitchen, which was both a slipping and tripping hazard....

"Wonderful property in a very quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from Metlife Stadium. Lisa provided lots of very helpful information. We used the hot tub, steam room and sauna. The decor was very nice! We would definitely stay there again as it is very close to Metlife and also very close to NYC."

"Great place for a group of 7 people in town to film a documentary. Rooms are spacious and the dining and living area was wonderful for all to relax. We were able to put all 7 around the dining room table easily, the kitchen allowed us to save a ton of money by making our own breakfast and dinners. Wonderful host, very responsive."

"Accurate listing, great location. We were traveling with one in wheelchair and the elevator that was working was so small we had to get him out of the chair in order to use it. The other elevator was not in service and we were promised it would be fixed the second day but it was not. There was a couple of nails poking out of the floor in our room that we put a towel over so as not to step on. It is a cool old building with lots of history though. "

"This property is a great place to stay! The property looks just like as described and it fit my family of 6 perfectly. The location was great and there were plenty of things to do in the area both driving and walking distance. The only qualms that I had was there were no blinds in the living room area and one of the beds creaked a bit so it would wake me up if I moved. One of the bathroom vents did have a bit of dust and there was a shortage of pans but other than that my family truly enjoyed...

"The space itself was as pictured, that's about as accurate as our stay got. The post says 20 mins from time square but it's 45-1 hr on transit and about the same in an Uber.
