"Price- excellentLocation- excellentFor the price what I received was good. Could have been cleaner but it was decent. If you’re looking to visit New York without breaking the bank, I would recommend. The location was in a prime location, so close to Times Square and lots of shopping and restaurants. They should definitely remodel this property because it could be amazing with some remodeling. "

"The VRBO was cute. For what we paid, I would’ve liked to see better. The rugs under the bed and couch were very dirty. Multiple spills of random things all over them. We were given one washcloth and one hand towel for a family of four, on a 4 day trip. There wasn’t one towel hanger to hang a towel on, after our showers, in the bathroom. "We had a wonderful week in NY, and the apartment definitely contributed to that. The location is perfect. It has great potential but could use a bit more care. Ideally, it's best for a maximum of 3 people to stay, not 4. But thank you anyway."

"We loved our stay here! The room was perfect for a comfortable stay, just pick up your own groceries and necessities, then you’ll be fine! We had constant communication with the property staff and check in was seamless through the app. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and is only a few blocks away from the subway. "We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. Lisa was great and even let our dogs out to potty so we could relax traveling into the city for a show and dinner. We would love to...

"Me and my sister came for my niece who cheered for spirit of America in the Macys day parade. Our stay was in a perfect location for viewing the parade and the staff was so amazing, they took care of all our needs. Great area and immaculately clean. We had the best time of our lives. "
