"Beautiful spot. Great views. Comfortable bed. Only downside was the lack of towels. It would be nice if the supply of towels would be replaced once a week for extended stays. We bring enough clothes so we don’t have to do laundry and don’t want to have to wash the towels during our stay. Just sayin. "

"It was quite cold during my visit and the furnace did not worry. However, the property manager was responsive by providing a space heater. The water pressure in the master bedroom was low and the shower in the family bathroom had missing knob’s, making it difficult to change selections. However, that bathrooms water pressure was good. "

"The property was clean and well equipped for our stay. We were in the lower left unit. There is a common games room, a very nice pool and a more private sitting area. There were also chairs, wagons and coolers to take to the beach. The interior of the unit was virtually brand new, had everything we needed to cook and two good Roku TV systems. The location is on a quiet cull du sac and is ideal for a short two block walk to the huge beach area and only a 20 minute walk to the main downtown area....

"The pictures and description of the ammenities were misleading. The pool and hot tub shown in the listing were apparently not part of the rental. The number 1 reason we rented the spot was to have access to the hot tub over looking the waterway. Otherwise it was a nice place amd I would conside renting again if there was access to the hot tub."

"My family rented all three apartments and loved our stay. Everyone had their own space and the kids easily zipped back and forth between apartments. Beautiful place, super clean, and an easy 5 or so minute walk to the beach. Publix also less than a mile away. We had a slight issue with check in as door codes didn’t work, but property management team was immediately available and got the problem solved! We loved it and will likely be back! Highly recommend!"
