"This was a great historic house to stay in. All modern conveniences while staying true to the structure and history of the home and area. We enjoyed our days visiting Antietam Battle Field, Sharpsburg, and surrounding towns. Beautiful area with lots to see and very friendly people. It was nice to come back at the end of the day and relax in the house with plenty of room unlike a hotel room. Price was great also. "

"Great location and not far from Harpers Ferry and Harpers Ferry National Park. There are so many hiking trails and historical sites in the area. After a day of hiking we enjoyed a glass of wine on the upper porch of this cute cottage overlooking the Potomac river. The lane the cottage is on is quiet and peaceful. I would return again!"

"Dan was went above a beyond with his communication with me. The home was very clean. When you walked in it felt like a home, nothing like staying at a hotel. We did a couple of nights of paranormal investigating. A lot of names came up. Would definitely stay again!"

"What an awesome home, location and experience! Our family reunion during Gettysburg College Homecoming exceeded all expectations. Our stay was perfect and this home provided the perfect location to all our activities at the college. We had most of our meals here in the fully equipped kitchen, danced the night away in the spacious rooms and outdoor patio and slept hard on the comfortable beds. Just a perfect weekend!!
