"First of all I want to say that for cleanliness I give it a 10 plus. The house was beautiful, the two bedrooms had good lighting and each bedroom had their own full bathroom. "This was our 2nd stay at the Hickory St Lodge. We have a freshman at UNT and needed to come into town to help him move into his dorm and then again to search for his first apartment. This little apartment is perfectly situated maybe 1 block from main Denton square. You can walk to get breakfast in the morning. Very walkable to plenty of spots for shopping and dining.Inside the apartment you will find a few extras that other places usually don't include, which was really nice to have, like a make...

"Great place to stay. Right next to a Dutch bros, which we loved. Right next to a highway as well. The apartment was kind of noisy. So if you can’t sleep with noise maybe not a place for you. Apartment was stocked with essentials and ac worked good. The check in process was a little confusing and links to help with that didn’t work. I never got a reply from the actual host but vrbo customer service helped me with the process. Overall a good place to stay and would stay again. Thank you"
