Luksushave ved søen med basketballbane og indendørs pool

Dette hus tilbyder en unik layout og stil; en flashback til filmene og Al Capones æra kan stadig mærkes i dette opdaterede 80'ernes stilhjem.

Når du ikke er ude på den to etagers dock, nyder solnedgangen eller sejler på søen, kan du tilbringe tid med at svømme i den private indendørs pool, hænge ud rundt i ildpladsen på baghaven, spille basketball på banen i fuld størrelse, eller slappe af i den ovenpå varme karbad. Vi har haft glæde af at se hjortene græsser i nærheden af de to altaner ved mange lejligheder.

Huset ligger lige ned ad vejen fra Port Royale Marina; et high-end skibsværft, der tilbyder alle slags vandfartøjer til leje og endda en lækker mad at spise på den lokale favorit, Pelican Pete's restaurant. Du kan også dock din båd ved vores private dock.

Der er masser af områder for hele familien at samles og børnene til at hænge ud.
Huset har 6 soveværelser, 5 fulde bade og 2 halve bade. De 3 siddepladser og 2 spisepladser giver god plads til familie måltider og gruppeaktiviteter. De 2 køjesenge er meget store, så børnene kan sprede sig og nyde pladsen.

Hjemmet tilbyder et komplet køkken på hver etage, hvilket gør det nemt at få en snack til en dag ude på søen eller tilberede fuld måltider uden megen indsats. Hvert køkken er udstyret med alle faciliteter og er fantastisk til grupper og familiesammenkomster med børnene.

Roomy house in need of loving care
Tired property in need of refurbishment and a deep clean, especially carpeting. There were only 9 forks in the whole house! Ample space for the 11 of us! Hot tub was great once the handyman got it going! Perfect location, beautiful views!

Big house, great location on the lake, missed some marks
I want to be fair with this review. We had a wonderful time. The owner was lovely to work with & responsive. The house is large & decorated nicely, with great spaces for groups to divide up. We had a crew downstairs, 2 other groups at the 2 large tables playing games, & another off to the side on a comfy couch. The kitchen has a great island, lots of cabinets & drawers, & a good size refrigerator. There is a smaller refrigerator downstairs. We used the upstairs refrigerator for food & the downstairs for drinks. The dock was perfect: large, with great laying out space & lots of shade. It is an easy walk from the house to the dock. The misses: The kitchen is not set up for people who want to cook for a group. There were only 11 forks, one of which was a salad fork. Thankfully, I brought serving dishes, as there was only 1. The oven needs to be recalibrated, and the warming drawer doesn't work. The house is not good for young children or people with mobility issues. The stairs going downstairs are steep, winding,& small. The air conditioner is too small for a house. During the day it was hot on the main level. Thank goodness the main Master had its own unit. Downstairs was better. Don't plan on sleeping late. Both masters had windows that looked onto the lake, but 1 master had sheer blinds & a thin drape. We were up at 6 a.m. with the sun. The pool is a small, indoor lap pool. An outdoor pool would be better, Lovely house that needs work.

Spending too much time with "Richard" trying to get AND keep pool heated!
Pool was not heated (fully) until the day before leaving. I should add the property was nice. TOO many calls and texts to Richard to repair pool heat. I will be requesting a refund for payment for pool heat AND significant inconvenience!!

Beautiful but Flawed
Pros: plenty of room, beautiful location. Cons: The house was hazardous for anyone with visual or mobility impairments. There was a sunken living room, master bedroom bed was on a high platform, and there was a steep spiral staircase to get from one level to the other. You are paying top dollar for this place and the indoor pool is cold because it is in air conditioning. They wanted a substantial amount of money to heat it. Really? A basketball court is advertised., but there was no basketball. It was replaced when I complained., but shouldn't that have been checked before arrival? The place is sterile, there are no games or flotation devices. I bought life vests so we could take the children in the lake. The place would benefit from having light switches and kitchen drawers labeled. Manuals for the appliances would also be helpful. When the stove top didn't work, it was an easy fix., but we had to contact the owner to discover it. There was no hot water in one of the upstairs bedrooms after the dishwasher was run. The ceiling was falling down in one of the bunkrooms.

Fabulous house on Lake Lanier
Pictures don’t do it Justice. So much room for our family of ten with short downhill walk to a very nice dock. Kids loved the basketball Court & inside pool. If we had one suggestion it would be more towels for each bathroom.

Everyone had a lovely time on the property with the weather has been accommodating for enjoying the outside the property is very large plenty a stays for all 10 of us could use some updating and the cleaning was subpar.

Guys Weekend
Hosted friends from out of town for a guys weekend and the house was perfect for it. Lots of room, great location, and great new double deck dock. Great location on lake lanier and we spent most of the time fishing and boating. Also the best poker table our group has ever had. Kirti was easy to work with and very responsive both leading up to and during the trip.

Impressive Property
House was perfect for a long relaxing weekend. All the amenities you could ask for, plus some really gorgeous pictures. Place was very clean, and close to the main stretch of road. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Best vacation ever!
The Lake house was everything we wanted plus more. There was never a dull moment. We all spent the majority of the time in the lake which was clear and beautiful. The younger kids practiced for their "olympics" in the pool. There are many areas in the house to chill and play games or get a bit of alone time. It was lovely sitting on the green lawn on the morning with our coffee. Kirti, the host, was attentive and responsive to all our needs, We highly recommend the Lake House for families of all ages.

Everything we wanted & so much fun!
We are a couple who stayed here for 7 days to get a sense of the lake as a potential retirement location. Eight of our closest friends joined us for the weekend as well, ages 40-62. We rented a tritoon boat and oh my goodness… the lake is breathtaking. There are so many coves, sandy beaches, beautiful sailboats, & fun restaurants on the lake. We also kept our paddle boards in the boathouse. There are many towns in the area to get to know. The house is perfect for large groups with plenty of beds, bathrooms, kitchen space, & sitting areas. The owners are attentive. One of our guests on the lower level had a cold-only shower, and we realized that the hot water faucet wasn’t working properly. The owners were able to have it fixed promptly, which we so appreciated. Speaking of baths, our favorite feature was the two-person tub in the master bathroom. We used it EVERY night, and it was so relaxing. We preferred this over the hot tub, for sure. We also got firewood for a few nights around the fire, which everyone enjoyed. We cooked on the grill (which we are so sorry that we think we forgot to clean), and there was plenty of stools & chairs for everyone to sit outside and eat. The two washers & two dryers came in handy for washing all of our towels. (Some detergent was available, but we also had our own). The house had a few kinks to work out (light switches, door locks, stove burners… typical homeowner things), but we are resourceful people, and able to make it a great week overall! There were plenty of dishes & utensils (more plastic cups & towels would’ve been appreciated), but we were able to have our friends bring some more things when they arrived. Plan to get your own bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, extra toilet paper (if you have a large group), extra towels, kitchen basics (extra paper towels, condiments, cooking oil, coffee, sugar, etc). There were enough pots, pans, bowls, serving utensils, grill utensils, seating (all 10 of us loved sitting at the round table together). Thank you for a great property to enjoy while visiting the lake!

COOL house made for RELAXING!
So much room to spread out and relax! The kitchen was well stocked and the large round dinner table had such a nice view of the lake. The beds were comfortable (lots of ceiling fans in bedrooms) and the bathrooms were huge (and so many of them, all with very unique sinks/faucets). The two main TV areas were great, too—for movie nights since we were able to connect to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc. (at least on the largest TV on the basement level, we didn’t try on the upstairs TV—used it mainly for watching “regular” TV). Our only two issues were the hot tub (didn’t get hot until the day we left—of course, Kirti was very responsive and tried to get it fixed for us) and the lack of stairs down to the dock (which was damaged due to a storm and is due to be fixed soon). Our kids’ favorite features were the basketball court and the indoor pool. My favorite was also the indoor pool, as well as the nice table/chairs/umbrella on the dock (especially at sunset). We really enjoyed Pelican Pete’s and FishTales for dinner (located at two separate marinas close by), and used GrubHub for a couple of nights. Good house for groups, but needs a few improvements
Overall, the property is great for groups. Lots of rooms and bathrooms with room for entertaining on all levels of the house. Plenty of fridge space and general storage. The house was an amazing spectacle overall - very true to the pictures. The dock at the lake is enjoyable, but a bit perilous to get to (heads up if you are looking to get elderly/disabled to the dock). We were a bit disappointed at the overall cleanliness of the house and communication. The house was clean on the basic level (clean sheets, towels, kitchen), but overall needed a deep scrub. (And there were only 6 forks in the whole house, which is odd since the listing says accommodates 10 people.) When we arrived at the property we were also unable to access the house using the remote check in code because there was a separate lock on the door that prevented us from getting in. I reached out several times to the host, but did not receive a response until 4am EST (12 hours after check in). We were thankfully able to access the property due to a back door being mistakenly unlocked, but I hate thinking about the situation we would have been in had this not been in the case. Reviewing the contact information prior to having it sent out to ensure it is 100% accurate would be helpful and prevent this situation in the future.

Amazing NYE stay
I came with 9 people for a two night stay at this house and it was amazing. It was very spacious and open which made us feel comfortable given covid regulations. The different areas in the home allowed for all of my guests to comfortably relax, enjoy the views, pool and hot tub. I contacted the hosts for flexibility in check-in and check-out they were accommodating and very nice. My group kept saying how excited we are to return back to this house in the future, we already have ideas for a summer trip back! Lovely stay and highly recommend this home for a group vacation.

The property is awesome. We stayed there for the first weekend in December. There were 8 women and we had a blast. The owner was very responsive during the entire process from booking to stay to check out. I would definitely recommend this property! Great house for multi-generational gathering!
We had a great stay. With ages ranging from 2 years old to 78 years old, there was something for everyone. There was plenty of room to spread out, the large dining room table was great for meals, and the pool, basketball court, and lake were brilliant amenities. Yes, it is an older property and so not everything is perfect (upstairs ovens are small, handle came off of bathroom sink), but nothing was a big deal. The host was incredibly responsive and we had a great time!
