Summary:
Park-like setting at this newly renovated Gatlinburg cottage! This beautiful cottage offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and sleeps up to 4 guests! You'll feel like your sitting in the middle of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park when you are on the back porch except you'll have an awesome hot tub to enjoy here! Cozy up next to the gas fireplace on those cold nights, too! Gatlinburg is calling!

The Space:
Cabin features wifi and smart tv (cabin does not have cable tv so bring your smart tv login)

Bedroom 1- King bed, smart tv

Bathroom 1- Tub/Shower Combo

Living Room- Queen sleeper sofa, video arcade machine, gas fireplace (seasonal)

Kitchen- Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, utensils, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker (bring coffee)

Back patio- Hot tub, seating

Front porch- seating

Cabin stay comes with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and soap.

The Neighborhood:
Located in The Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, this gorgeous cabin has a park-like setting and is 1.7 miles to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg, TN!

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. (bring coffee)

Cabin has a charcoal grill. (bring charcoal)

The cabin accommodates 1 vehicle maximum in the parking area.

Hot tubs are drained and cleaned between each guest stay for sanitation and on check-in day they may need time to heat up to desired temperature depending on what time the cabin was last cleaned. Please adjust to desired temperature and standard mode upon arrival.

Preferred method of contact with host is through the website messenger and guests agree to always send any message through website messenger even if they send it by other means of contact.

Amazing getaway!!
I can not say enough about this little place. It is very clean, has everything you need to cook, big bath towels, and the hot tub. Our stay was just what we need to wind down and relax.

Clean, private, cozy cottage close to attractions
This home was exceptionally clean, private, and comfortable. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and helpful, leaving us with no confusion or questions whatsoever. It's located within minutes of downtown Gatlinburg just off the Parkway, but still far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property for a couple's getaway!

Couples Getaway
Property was very cute and ideal for a couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Cabin was clean and bathroom was sanitized before we came. Hot tub wasn’t properly cleaned and didn’t have a cover, we didn’t end up using it. We saw a bear about 10 feet from the front door at one point in our stay.

Quiet and Close to Gatlinburg and the Park Entrance
Cozy little house that was well maintained and clean. We drove to the park entrance each day between 8-9am, and had no issues getting a close parking spot for a daily hike. For 3 days in a row a Black Bear visited the house area, he was eating nuts that fell from the walnut tree so we had to watch out for him before coming and going. the Wifi was adequate for us as we worked remotely from the location some. I would definitely return again.

Great location - Bear sightings daily!!
My wife and I enjoyed this place. She wanted to see a bear and it didn’t disappoint. Her dream was to see one soaking in the hot tub but alas that was not in the cards. Besides the bear peeping, we also enjoyed the location relative to Gatlinburg. Parking at the lot outside of town was a breeze so we could walk up and down the street. Hiking was awesome with great trails and short drives to them. We went to see the leaves and picked a good time in early October. My recommendation to the host is to add at least one more towel and wash cloth in the kitchen.

Amazing!!!
This property was perfect for our stay in Gatlinburg! If you are making plans to go to downtown Gatlinburg, this is the cabin you want because it is so secluded but also only a few minutes to get to all of the attractions. The cabin was so clean and everything was exactly as the pictures show!

Father/son weekend
I have three kids and when each turns 13, I take them for a weekend trip. This past weekend was my second child’s turn. This cottage was perfect. Close to the Main Street in Gatlinburg but felt like further. The best of both worlds! The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Check in was simple and the hosts were extremely responsive. I’ll recommend this place to others and may end up back here again myself.

Peace and Quiet!
Very peaceful stay. We saw bears in the yard across the street our first day, including a mama and 2 cubs, which was amazing. The same yard had 3 barred owls before sunset. Lots of green, just the urban respite we needed, and very convenient to the Smokys, restaurants, and other conveniences.

Hot tub uncovered therefore dirty Outdoor furniture dirty. Nothing there for us to clean it with. No rug or mat when you come in the front door. We had pouring ran, we were soaked and nothing to wipe our feet on. Lack of towels. 4 towels for two people in 4 humid days is not sufficient. Most days we taking more than one shower. Towels didn’t dry before you needed them the next time. When we got caught in the rain nothing to dry off with. No curtain on bathroom window. Anyone can see in. No tissue. The layout of the cabin was very nice. Kitchen and bathroom were well maintained and clean.

I was really pleased with the location, and cleanliness of the cabin. Close to activities and restaurants. My only complaint is that there was no cover for the hot tub. It had grime stuck in the bottom of the seats, so my husband had to clean it before we could enjoy it. Other than that I was satisfied and would stay here again.

Perfect getaway!
The cabin was perfect for the two of us! It was so cute and comfortable. The hot tub was very private and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would book it again for the two of us if we go back. Check in was super easy and so was the check out process! The host communicated everything we needed so there were zero questions on our part. Also the location is so close to downtown which made it even more convenient.

Perfect Getaway
This cabin was perfect for our brief getaway! The cabin is lovely and we loved the hot tub and had a blast with the classic video game console. The location is close to town, so we would catch an affordable uber into town and hang out on the parkway for awhile before catching a ride back. No need to worry about parking or driving after enjoying a few drinks. We will definitely be coming back to Gatlinburg and will stay at this charming cottage again!

Great Get Away
My husband and I wanted a quick, quiet getaway for the weekend and it was perfect! Very clean, all the basic necessities, great location and privacy. The fireplace and hot tub were easy to use, and so enjoyed! We're definitely going to book again!

Gatlinburg Cabin/Home
The Cabin is super nice, located just a few minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg on a little hill with lots of tree cover. We saw a mama bear and her 2 cubs in the lot next door on the first night! We had a lovely long weekend. Gas fireplace and the game machine including pacman/donkey kong/other games were a highlight, as was the hot tub (wish the cover had been on while we were there since leaves and debris got in it)
