The two-storey house is decorated with charming rustic details, which harmoniously mingle with the modern final touches spread all over the rooms. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living area, characterised by light colours and wooden furniture. The lounge room features several sofas and armchairs, which are ideal for relaxing and chatting with your family. Next to it, the dining room welcomes a wooden dining table and, attached to it, you will find the open kitchen. The latter is equipped with all the tools and appliances you will need to prepare delicious dishes. Downstairs, there also is a separate toilet, a laundry room, and a spacious bedroom with a bathroom and an ensuite with a shower.
Upstairs, you will find the other four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, a lounge space and an ensuite with two wash basins and a bathtub. Another bedroom relies on a double bed and splendid views of the mountains, while the third and the fourth bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each. One of them also has access to a lovely private terrace. The villa's second bathroom, with a shower, is located on this floor, as is another terrace.
The bedroom on the ground floor and the living room are provided with warm/cool air-con. Central heating is also available in the house, at an extra cost of €100/week.
The outdoor area is a real dream come true. You will be able to enjoy the warm sunshine together with your beloved ones. An outdoor dining table, ideal for "al fresco" dining, is conveniently located in the shade and lets you have your meals in full privacy. Right next to it, the BBQ allows you to cook some delicious grilled meats and, the cherry on top, the spectacular private pool, surrounded by a well-maintained garden and comfortable sun loungers.
The access to the house, which also relies on a private parking lot, is possible via a fully paved lane, the house being located near the road.
