The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Gérardmer, La Perle des Vosges, this charming crossing apartment located at the edge of the lake, of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. On the 3rd floor (without elevator) of a small residence of 7 apartments, it is composed of a pretty living room of 35 m² bathed in light giving access to a loggia of 15m2 exposed to the South with an incomparable view on the lake and the surrounding mountains, a separate equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Sheets are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Day space:
- A living room of 35 m² with a smart-TV with Orange TV channels, a double sofa bed (160 x 190), a table and chairs that can accommodate up to 6 people.
- A separate kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with a freezer, raclette machine.
- A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, washing machine and toilet.
- An individual locked and secured cellar for your bikes, skis, strollers...

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with high-end bedding and storage.

Outside :
- A 15m² south-facing terrace-loggia with an exceptional view of the lake of Gérardmer with a relaxation area (1 sofa and 2 armchairs), ideal for enjoying the beautiful days.

Location:
The apartment is located in the center of town on the shores of Lake Gerardmer with a panoramic view of the lake. All amenities are less than 5 minutes away on foot: lake, cinema, restaurants, bakery, aquatic center, ice rink, casino... The shuttle bus stop is located at the foot of the residence.

Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly in the private parking lot of the apartment.
- Nearest train stations : Remiremont (30 minutes by car), Saint Dié des Vosges (40 minutes by car), Epinal (45 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Colmar (1 hour by car).

Other remarks :

- Animals are not allowed in the apartment
- The apartment is non-smoking
- The electricity meter will be read on arrival and departure, a consumption of 30 Kwh/day is included in the rental price, any excessive consumption will be charged
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the apartment for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Sheets are included but towels are optional and can be booked and paid for with our concierge on site. Rate : 8 euros per person
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement on site (arrival between 7pm and 9pm at €40, arrival between 9pm and midnight at €50).
