"We had a great time at this Dream Home. It was within walking or bike riding distance to everything we wanted to do, including amazing food. We used Uber from the Brunswick airport to the house & back, other than that we didn’t need a vehicle. The home was clean, well furnished, and the host was responsive though we had no issues to respond to once checked in, because it was perfect. "

"We loved the house and the location. There was plenty of space/beds making it a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a great! I had difficulty getting a hold of the management company. And there was a bag of trash left in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper. Other than those minuscule things, I highly recommend staying here. It was lovely. "

"Loved the property. Only issue was a coffee pot that wasn’t working but was taken care by management. Golf cart was a plus to get around!"

"This house is perfection!! Plenty of space, incredibly beautiful and clean. The outdoor space is so well thought out and you have wonderful ocean views from the upstairs master deck (there is also a master on the main level). You can hear the waves at night and in the mornings. Such a great trip. And Emmons Realty was fabulous to work with!!"

"This house is in a great location, close to the beach and has a wonderful backyard for entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We loved our stay at this beautiful house right on the beach. We especially loved having our own private pool and not having to worry about driving to the beach and dragging all of our chairs and umbrellas. The house was clean and just as it was in the pictures! We would definitely stay here again!"

"The house was beautiful, we really liked the fact that the half bath was on the main floor. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable. The neighbor hood is quiet. We recommend a visit to Fort Frederica we had a great time there. If you like pinball you need to visit Pinball Palace in Brunswick.We would book this house again if available if we come back."

"we had a lovely time at the house over Christmas. the house was well lit, kitchen fully stocked with all the equipment we needed, and the layout of the home was very spread out. our dog loved the wide open backyard. the house was close to the pier area and had easy access to everything on the island. we would give the house 5 stars and would definitely stay here again. "We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"The size of the room was great. The decor was nice. Well furnished. Bed linens did not fit the bed, so that was a bit uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker. "

Good hotel with a great location

"The hotels location is definitely it's best asset. It's located right on the beach, which we loved. Great staff and service. The hotel generally feels safe and welcoming. The hotel is dated, and so are the amenities. The mood at the breakfast area was great, and the meal was ok, but we have had better at other budget hotels. The beds we're comfortable and the rooms very clean. Simply furnished, but we liked it. We had a great stay."
