"Very convenient for our walking trips (only 10-15 minutes drive to all our trackheads). Good hot shower for the end of the day. It _was_ noisy in the 90 km/h winds, but kept warm with the heater on. Bed was comfy. Kitchen space was a little small, but still quite adequate."

"The cottage is quaint and original with plenty of space and suitable for 3 couples . It's probably best described as "shabby chic" as the decor and furnishings are interesting but the cottage is not renovated completely which is part of its charm and makes it good value. It has a lovely view from the back deck and is a five minute walk from all the shops and cafes in Blackheath. ."

Only a 10min walk to the railway station, which was very convenient for a non-driver like myself, and close enough to shops to be able to pick up supplies. The perfect spot to recharge my batteries, and I'll definitely look at staying here again."
