We rented this house for the weekend as we were attend a wedding nearby. We had 8 adults, 1 baby, and 1 good, crate-trained dog for the weekend. The house was clean and had ample space for us all to be comfortable. Newly updated; however, it is an older home in a transitional neighborhood with some student housing, so there are a few quirks, but nothing that impeded our stay. The street parking was limited, so we parked in the grassy area next to the house with one vehicle. It did not seem to be a problem. Ruben was responsive in addressing our questions and he was accommodating. We made a few suggestions that I am sure Ruben will consider in the future (like having more coffee cups and towels, cookie sheets, iron/ironing board, etc.). There is a quiet and respectful tenant that lives in the lower level, as well. This is a completely self-contained living quarter.
